you’re better off using poshmark

I’ve been using this app in combination with Poshmark for over a year now and it’s horrible in comparison. The customer service is awful- whenever you have an issue they send something from their FAQ rather than addressing your issue. They randomly delete your listings saying you put the wrong brand or that the item is fake. There’s no “offer” feature so any price negotiations must be done in the comments. People must review you in order for you to receive your money and there’s no regulation- I got a bad review because the girl thought an item could get from MA to FL in 6 hours. Direct deposits take almost a week to go through instead of the usual 3-4 days. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Poshmark may take 20%, but their app is a lot more user-friendly and better organized. Bottom line: mercari is an OK app but you’re better off taking the 20% loss and using poshmark instead.
