Terrible!

I used to love this app, Ive bought tons of things off of here my score is perfect, but you deleted my account saying I have "multiple accounts" when that is not true, I have 1 account and 1 account only. My sister lives at the same address as me and uses mercari so maybe you have mixed us up, but I find it really rude that I didnt receive a warning or message before hand. Very disappointed in you mercari. Please fix.

Ive tried contacting customer service about this and all you people do is either send me a automated message that does not pertain to me at all or you ignore my messages completely! Very disappointed in mercari!
