Worst customer service
Hi, Ive been selling on this app for almost a year and never had a problem before until a few months ago, my list got constantly deleted saying that I needed to use my own pictures witch I always did. A few times I contacted the support system explaining that it was me in the picture in my own home and I could proved it was not a stock picture. I got reply twice with an apology and saying I could re-list the item. It happened again with the same picture and my account got suspended. Once again I wrote the support system but they just said they were right and my account was suspended. I dont understand how I get and apology first and then I get suspended.
Not to mention all of the support system is and automatic message. Please hire real customer service people, that can actually assist people this could be a great app.
