All I can can say is awesome!!!!

Mercari is a great app to use for buying and selling. Its just annoying how you canr re-share your posted items. I also dont like how you cant see what amount of money is pending under your account. They could really benefit by adding both those features on their app. Over all i think mercari is okay. Its seems kind of sus but ive had no problems with the app yet so thats why i say its great.

When buyers ask me question and when I reply and accept their offer my listing item will not even sale.Please update because I cant seem get any reply to my customer

I have bought and purchased items without a problem...this app is AWESOME!

Now I was told to download this app because I needed to sell clothes. So I gave it a try and at first it looks very disorganized. Thats why Im giving 4 stars. Other than that the app is great. They dont take commission like other apps which is very nice. And its pretty easy to use. Defiantly recommend to people looking for great deals but be patient the app is disorganized!

But and sell all the time 100% legit

I have the highest Internet I can get with my provider right now, which is 100 Mbps. Though every time Im on Mercari, I dont have a proper Internet connection. The app was fine before the latest update, so Id like to know how they managed to mess that up. Love the shopping and low prices, well when I can shop because, like I said, the app doesnt work half of the time!

Im an American in Japan and need to sell my stuff, I cant verify my number with Mercari and cant find their support contact. Ill use Craigslist, as Mercari seems useless. If they cant even verify my Japanese phone number, then its a junk app.

Ive used MERCARI almost 2 years I believe. I can say that when things go as expected the service is ok. But if ever you have issues, expect drama! Customer service takes sometimes 5 days to respond, everything pretty much comes with automated messages which isnt good at all. They rarely can help you with anything. I say if you try it pray for the best. I rated 3 stars because Ive had some amazing buyers and Ive purchased from some really credible sellers. The concept is great, but the service from the owners are horrible.

Ive purchase about 10 items and the results have been great with good prices. I recommend it

please dont deactivate a listing of mine because I dont have enough information in my description. I already wrote three sentences and sometimes things are self explanatory in the photos. this idea is identical to the one on vinted, which is why I dont use it anymore. Id suggest that you get rid of the feature; if theres something a customer wants to know, just let them ask instead. p.s. stop making so many changes to the app because some of them dont improve my experience but I dont have enough space to rant.

So far, I havent encountered any problems yet. I have only sold items (not buy) and have made a few hundred dollars the past few weeks! Its great for getting rid of items you have laying around and best of all, get paid for it.

Postings are constantly removed for no reason. They are very picky with what you post. All the time and effort it takes to make a listing and they remove it, they could at least give you a warning first that way you have a chance to change it and it will take less time to change then to repost. Poshmark only takes about 3 days to get your money and mercari takes about a week and a half when you sell something. Their customer service is very sarcastic and rude. Do not recomend mercari at all.. I used to refer TONS of people now I tell them how horrible it is..

Stole money from my account. Did not respond to refund me my funds after several exhausting attempts. I will be starting a class action against them, upon our research they have done this countless times to it members. Digital thievery, do not use this wolf in sheep clothing app. Apple needs to bounce them out of the App Store immediately.

Great prices for buying and super easy for selling your unwanted/unused stuff. Its a must have app.. You wont be disappointed. I can promise you that.

Id give zero stars if possible. The lack of protection on this bst forum is astounding. Its a scammers paradise. I wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau first. Deleting this app from my life.

This app is amazing. Ive had no problem selling on here. Theres always someone out there willing to buy your things plus Ive purchased over 30 things. The only thing I will tell you to do is check your item after receiving it before you rate the purchase/buyer because they cant help you fix any problems or refund you if youve already rated. Learned that the hard way. But everythings been great since I figured that out
