I like the app a lot but many users overcharge. If you search through though amazing deals can be found.

Love the fact this app has an entrepreneurial feel working my fashion store at home! I love that we make 100% what we sell for. Watch out, customer service isnt the quickest and there could be trolls and understand people can be rude. That is with anything though. Great fun and addicting app!

Much better than competitors apps. Ive been a use of both as buyer and sellers and I much prefer Mercari. People are friendlier.

I mailed out a package a few weeks ago and tracking was showing the package was delivered but yet the buyer would not communicate with me or release the payment to me. I contacted Mercari several times and all they told me was things about tracking that I already knew. Long story short, they canceled the transaction, gave the buyer their package for free, then suspended/deleted my account. I love buying and selling on Mercari but this is ridiculous. I threatened taking someone to court over this but all they responded was that it was "my" fault. Like how is it my fault? I shipped it within a timely manner, included free gifts in the package for no additional cost to the buyer, then provided great working tracking, I even paid extra to have the package delivered to the buyer the very next day! I had 876 great reviews, 0 good review, and 0 bad reviews. I want my money!!

I like this app so far. Really easy to navigate. Havent sold/bought anything yet so cant comment to that. Really think you guys should add private messaging to get into contact with users. Would make bundling items and working out costs a lot easier. Oh and maybe adding a way to organize posts that youve liked. Such as into albums or something. Kinda annoying to have to scroll through the whole list to see a specific posting. Other than little things seems good

Its really crazy that you cant get paid for an item that was bought and delivered,until the person rate you! Its not fair to the seller.seems so if a buyer never rate you, you will not get paid

This is the best buying site I have ever used! Forget EBay! I will do all shopping here first every single time!!! Also the shipping is great. Your money is not released until you receive your item and rate the seller - btw... The site tracks the shipping the entire way for you. You have three days to rate, the seller is paid regardless after that. Sellers may not appreciate this but for Buyers this site is absolutely perfect and amazing!!!

I have sold and bought over 100 items and I dont have many problems with this app. The customer service can be quite slow but I have never had problems with them. Otherwise, it is a great app to help clear the closet especially since Mercari lets you sell/buy things without taking any money from you.

Ive had it installed for quite some time but I just started using it a few weeks ago and so far, so good. Ive been able to buy things for VERY low prices and low shipping too. It awesome.

Love the items available (you can find everything), also, Ive sold some things. Better than EBay! Totally recommend!!!
