I was a little skeptical at first but I really enjoy using this app!! Everything is shipped on time and doesnt take that long to get to you A++++ !

Its a good app to buy and sell. You have to watch for scammers and people rating you badly for no reason. Also, if you get ahold of customer service you have to wait at least 2-3 days to hear a response. There are a few things Id like to see different: .Being able to click on the people who like your items; I like viewing new profiles & you cant do that unless they comment. .faster customer service. .monitor for scams better. I do love this app tho!

I have 100s of positive reviews from customers and they decide to just suspend my account based a a stock photo not coupled with a original photo. If you could get customer service to talk to you instead of a robot pre screened message maybe the communication on these rules would be understandable. Dont waste your time in selling on this site! Stick with a more reputable company like eBay. All your hard work straight down the drain. BOO!

Terrible customer service. I made a lot of money on here but they have suspended my account 3 times and told me they will keep my money if I make an account again. They dont even have an actual reason to delete my account either. They just delete everybodys account whenever.

This app rivals offer up and eBay! Truly worth a shot!

Ive purchased a few items through this app and the sellers Ive dealt with have all been great. I do my research before buying to verify size charts etc so Ive had great experiences so far.

Not only did it give me ten dollars free for signing up but it also has a wide variety of things to buy and most have free shipping I am definitely going to recommend this app to people

Great for selling new or used items and decluttering your home. Since they are still in beta you should def. take advantage of this apps no fee charges. At first I loved this app, but once you experience dealing with customer service aka prewritten bot responses its hell. Also I noticed I wasnt enjoying mercari as much the more I updated this app. The updates cater to buyer more. Recently usps lost 3 of my packages and as the seller you need to eat the loses due to mercaris "first class" shipping. I really hope mercari can work something out and offer Priority shipping which will help us sellers out. If these loses continue to occur I suggest not using mercari if the loss may be big.
